Love & Life

Sloth sitting on a branch

Love is a force binding every atom together, reminding us about the meaning of life.

We start sensing the depth of human potential when we surrender to love.

There is no way to force love to come, to occur. The invitation however, is welcome. Love is always around, and our heart are its prime recipient. Love begins to flow through our heart when our heart is willing, ready, and open to both – giving and receiving love.

When? There are instances in lives of individuals when they had to endure many years or decades without experiencing the depth of love they knew it’s was possible to experience. Deep inside, one never knows when the lightning will strike, move us from inside out and outside in, tease out the deepest tears, banish any empty fears, make us quiver because of the certainty of the most profound knowable unknown. Because of knowing what we have always known.

Love has the most unique power to heal, to penetrate our soul, to nourish, to permanently alter our state of being – unlike any medicine, treatment, food, or drug we have ever received in our life for a medium called money, crypto, or gold.

Love is a currency and a value in its own right. Love simply is. There is no such thing as a tradeoff. Love flows freely, it can never be captured, conquered, divided, or altered in any shape or form. Not even in the name of god. Love is unaccountable for, infinite, it is superior, it is forever. Love is available to us all, always in abundance. Love itself is unconditional.

Love makes you grateful for being alive. Love turns your body into a bunch of vibrating atoms and electrons, morphing you into a magnetic force. It is so much more than you have ever dreamt of being possible. The whole existence bows down to love. Love is the quintessential, primordial force that keeps us all together. Like the ocean and its waves, the rose with its scent, the air and its breeze, the honey on your lips. Inseparable, just like love and life.

Never lose your hope, keep the fire burning, that flame that gave you life, the fire that enables you to stay alive. Whoever you may love… your partner, your brother, sister, parents, friends, your dog, your cat, the bees, birds, flowers, trees, rivers, mountains, stars, the sun, your loving thoughts, your life. Love them wholeheartedly. But above all love yourself.

It all begins right here, right now, at home. Your home, your core, your heart, every beat of it. The love you are able to tap into from within. At any given moment in your life.

Try it! Reach in, as deep as you can and you will feel it’s inside. It has always been there, perhaps a bit dormant or latent, from time to time. Or a bit shy, but it has always been there, like a rosebud in spring. Waiting for the sun to shine upon it, to awaken it, so it may begin to unfold. Petal by petal, slowly, magnifying its glorious presence and beauty. Showering its blessings with its divine grace. Releasing its fragrance, infusing its surrounding with its intoxicating scent – no bee can ever resist the call. They become lovers at first sight, there is no doubt, it’s a dance of giving and receiving, so that life can go on.

Love is the prerequisite of life. Love and life cannot exist without each other. The cosmic dancer and his/her dance, it’s all about the love and life – Shakti and Shiva. The force that brings this universe to life and the source that sustains it. Day in, day out, the never-ending cosmic dance – with you, me, us – all of us dancers, moved by life, infused with love.

To surrender, is to rise on the wings of the force most precious throughout the whole existence of this universe. I bow down to you, my love.

I love the following thought that came by on this special morning: “I belong to no body and no thing in this world. No body and no thing belongs to me. Yet, I am always willing to surrender to Love. I am the undividable extension of your Love. You are the forever expansion of my Love. Therefore, I am you and you are me. I own you and you own me, but only in Love, through Love, and with Love.”  ❤️🙏

The Blade Forged in Fire

Blazing amber

Finest blades are forged in roaring heat of fire. The kind of fire that does not leave behind any impurities. All that is impure burns away.

Can you imagine yourself being in the fire that purifies and draws out any remaining residues that serve you no more.

A fierce, willing, peaceful warrior with a distinct sword is an image I’ve always been mysteriously drawn to. The blade formed of 33,000 layers, forge-welded to one another – it leaps, it slopes, and pivots in my hands as one single blade. Don’t ever be fooled based on a simple looking appearance. It often takes 33,000 layers for magnificence to take place.

Attraction happen! How and why?

The magnet gets pulled towards the iron because of the magnetic properties of the attractor. Both the attracted object and the magnet react, they respond by moving closer, until they connect. Reaction depends on the size of the iron and the potency and the size of the magnet. Magnets have their opposite poles – they also attract one another and can only be kept apart by the same force.

As a child, I was fascinated by these reactions and would spend hours playing with the elements. I was learning about the properties of iron, copper, lead, melting zinc, playing with the fire torch, molding the zinc into different shapes and forms. I was fascinated by the way different elements respond to various treatments. Observing electricity gave me an insight into the world of the precious current we managed to capture to harness the energy that brings inanimate objects to life.

Amongst all I had on disposal, my most favorite was mercury they used to put in thermometers. I would sneak out the thermometer from the first aid cupboards and break it on purpose, only to add a few more silver drops to my precious collection. I could spend hours being mesmerized by the mysterious ways mercury moves. Watching how it seamlessly merges together and the way it separates when teased out, how it responds to temperature, with all the qualities it imbibes.
Trying to figure it out. Trying to understand what it is that makes this world and keeps it all together? Relationships, bonds, attraction between multiple elements coming together to enrich their own experience? To enhance our experience?

I believe that the law of attraction is innate, unique to each particle, element, object, human being.

The law of attraction cannot be imposed, unless you do it by force, which always backfires and distorts the balance in this world, because its foundation depends on complete harmony and seamless flow.

Why do we get attracted to certain people, places, food, objects, sounds, sights, emotions, scents? What is the secret of attraction?

Why does the honey bee get so attracted to the cherry blossom in its prime? They seem to complete each other – one providing food and the other continuity of life. The whole dance appears to be an ecstasy for the hungry bee. One is hungry, the other in abundance and existential need. It all happens for the sake of the fruit; the new seed needs to take place. Nature does this endlessly, its goal is to produce zillions of seeds, knowing that not all of them are meant to sprout and grow into another apple bearing tree. Only a handful of the strongest that promise continuity survives and continue the course of evolution.

What about us? Human beings? Where does attraction come from? What is the “thing” that creates magnetism? Why do we respond the way we do?

Two magnets, their opposite poles, pulling them together – the force. It takes equal force to keep them apart. What is the secret of attraction?

Is it fusion that occurs between two light atoms bonding together to make a another one? For life to emerge, there needs to be fusion. To enable this wonderful perpetual show. It makes perfect sense.

There are endless expressions of the law of attraction in this universe. Everything coming together-moving away, drawing nearer-drifting apart. When you zoom in, it appears so. But if you zoom out you will only ever see everything coming together. Very slowly, barely possible to notice, but nevertheless, it’s all coming home.

The larger the expressions of the Self, the stronger the law of attraction with its pulling force, the bigger the ripple effect in the space they infuse with their presence. For the greater good? Why not. Knowing I am being my larger Self I’m happy to consciously participate in this game called life.

Infinity of 9

When we share the very best of ourselves we offer our greatest service and gift to this world.

I believe words have an immense power to capture our attention, touch and move our hearts, and transform the way we are as human being in this world. Just like a very special music and art. Your heart knows very well what I’m talking about.

I watched the beautiful story about a Man who chooses to live in full harmony with life the other day. His romance with numbers, with dolphins, fractals, patterns, flowers, connection to the wisdom of the infinity of possibilities, kindness of his heart, depth of his compassion moved my heart. His ability in staying grounded and humble despite all the riches of his brilliant mind. His understanding of life is profound.

It inspires me to think about the kind of art I choose to engage with. I expect nothing less from myself when it comes to what I am compelled to share with this world of infinite possibilities. Each moment is a choice, so let’s choose well my friends.

Thank you Michael.

Dependence vs Independence

Freedom loving, mighty tree

What does it mean to be independent and what is the value of dependence? Independence gives the ability to make certain choices. It means one is fee from outside control, not depending on another’s authority, livelihood, or support. To what extent though? What about being independent from certain habits and the influence of your mind – particularly when it no longer serves you well? Independence is also comparative; it depends what we are comparing our current state of being to? I’ve been thinking about this a lot and I’m not sure there is a state of being totally independent. It would imply that we live in isolation from everything and everyone else– no ecosystem, no food, no sleep, no air. It means we no longer exist.

Every organism in nature depends on few other organisms and their ecosystem to survive and thrive. Our bodies depend on the food provided by nature. The food we eat is brought to our plates, thanks to the effort of multiple processes and hands. We depend on the air that We breath, the oxygen generated by trees and marine plants in the ocean. We need clean drinking water to survive, and a peace of mind to sharpen our senses, so we can properly function in our daily lives. If it wasn’t for millions of tinny organisms living in our bodies, depending on each other and our composed mind We would not be alive.

When you depend on somebody in your life, when your dependence is reciprocated, you are also giving each other the opportunity to be dependable, so you can deepen your trust and improve the quality of your relationship.

On the other hand, what happens when one becomes obsessed with the badge of independence – is there something you are trying to prove to others in your life and if so – what is it and why? What is your opportunity cost and what do you gain if you continue this game?

Every experience in life comes to an end, but the source of the one who is experiencing all this can never be taken away. That which can never end, simply returns back to the source, until it is needed again. As many times as necessary until you finally realize you have always been here. It was all just a dream of the dreamer who dreams it all. Until the moment you wake up and see it for what it is – a dream and you are the creator.

Being humble, being grateful for being alive, here and now, for having been gifted this unique opportunity to play with your beloved ones, to express yourself, to learn how to flow like a river. To know that You are held by Earth’s gravity, no matter what.

To be able to step outside your comfort zone that limits your full potential. Inching out, bit by bit, until you leave what serves you no more behind. Self-imposed limitations, ignorance, criticism, arrogance, resentments, sadness, fear of the unknown.

Until you finally get a sense of real freedom, realizing that all this time You were being held and supported by so many caring hands, and loving hearts. Those that surround you those that came before you, those that are not even yet born.

In peace, with joy, and sweet harmony! And if you find yourself waving the freedom flag again, which is likely to happen, just remind yourself to go back to square one. It’s ok to say yes, to be held and to hold, to be part of the flow and to trust.

I am held by the gravity on Earth, no matter what. Mother Nature provides enough for all of her children’s needs, I am her kin. I am a part of the infinite whole. No one can take what really matters away. I am being held and supported by many caring hands and loving hearts. Those that surround me, those that came before me, those that are not yet even born. I am supported by life itself.

What is Love?

Boy and Rose

Actions arising out of stillness,
being moved without lifting a finger,
not trying to pursue a thing.

In a tender embrace, we stay,
entwined until we part ways;
Like a tree branch cherishing its leaves,
like the sea cradles its fish.

All that has to come to light,
let it come from deep within:
fear, anger, sadness, shame, pain.

I remain beside you:
no thoughts,
not trying to interfere.

Nothing is broken;
There’s nothing to be fixed.

Being fully present is the way
that sets us free from our self-imposed confinement.

I am your timeless self—
the one beside you on our journey,
the one to hold the space when you feel stuck,
a gentle nudge, a wink, a touch of hands.

No judgment,
never pushing you away.

Allowing space—
space that holds you
as you emerge from your secret den,
trusting that you can,
knowing you are held by grace.

Fear, anger, sadness, shame, pain.
They start to melt away.
Left behind is empty space.

All you have been taught begins to fade away.
You are on the way to find yourself again.

I hold you and you hold me
in that long-lasting moment.
The worlds we knew, they disappear.
It’s just you and me:
infinity of possibilities,
gratitude,
joy,
tears of compassion,
everlasting song of silence.

The heart is at peace,
mind comes to rest.
I feel blessed.

“I” enters the flow,
emptiness infused with love and light.
Finally,
I know I am
I am home.

Learnings from Pain and Suffering

We all have our own unique perception of our unique experiences in life. Stories I write come from my experience.

I am trying to understand why so many people who have experienced a lot of pain and suffering continue paying it forward and allowing their pain and suffering to spread through them – onto others.

Perhaps some people still carry a lot of pain, and they’re simply trying to lighten up their own burden? Being alive, we share what we are -and can can only spread and share what we carry inside.

I can clearly see a distinction between the actions of individuals who have brought their pain and suffering to their awareness and stopped the spread, and the reactions of those who still haven’t, yet are on the way.

Sometimes they simply didn’t have a chance to do so. Life has not yet afforded them with enough space for self-reflection. They were too busy, existential needs were more important. And eventually, pain and suffering trickled down so deep that even when they would have the required time and space, they could no longer see it, reach it. The deeper our pains and sufferings slip in, the older we get, the harder it is to shake it up and bring it up to the surface, where we can face it. It takes a lot – sometimes an accident, a burnout, or a disease such as cancer or a stroke, paralysis, and sometimes death itself. That’s a difficult way to go.

Even if someone else is able to see how much you struggle inside and wants to help you, while you still have a chance, no one can change your. Unless you are ready to do so. One can only fully accept you as you are, love you, stand by your side, nudge you, support you, show you the way, the door, hoping you will see that door and walk through. Yet, to walk you have to be ready and make a first step.

Environment we grow up in paints our reality, hence, it is important to put things into perspective and include the historical and cultural views – among many others.

In addition to the country where you grew up, if either of your parents have experienced being repressed when they were children, there’s a good chance you carry the legacy of repression, of some sort. Important to add, it’s not their fault, there’s no one to blame here. They simply inherited certain behaviour patterns from their parents and probably never had a chance to contemplate about it and get over it.

For example, the wounds inflicted by horrors of war can last for decades. The second world war ended in 1945 – that is over 80 years ago. However, the pain and suffering inflicted upon people did not yet come to an end. And the history repeats. Just when the younger generations might have healed or began healing the wounds they inherited from their parent and grandparents, the bombing starts again.

Anger & aggression cause damage and should not have a place in anyone’s home – in the ideal world. But that’s not the world we live in and sometimes we just have to learn how to deal with the consequences and reverse those negative impacts that might have happened while we were children. In order to heal and end this perpetual infliction.

The power of the fierce soul continues shining through, it resists being taken over, and is rising all over again. Just like the sun; just like Phoenix rising from the ashes. Emerging more powerful, smarter, and stronger. It’s all a matter of time.
